I needed to go shoot photos today. I just woke up knowing it was what I needed to do.   Best laid plans and all. I went looking for birds – and found one. Well, I found others too but not nearly what I should have at a bird sanctuary.  So, I decided to just poke my way home.  And, I kept going in loops.  I went one direction – and found myself back on the same road.  The first time was funny.  The second time was concerning.  The fourth time, I took it as a sign to just go home.

I blame our cool, overcast day today.  I never felt like I totally woke up because I wanted to just be in bed all day.
