Overall – a good vacation. The haze made photos hard on the first day – but my meandering drive home made up for it. Good stuff. Funny Pelican story …
I moved from Seattle to San Diego when I was 22. The first time I went to the ocean I saw a flock of pelicans. I thought they had escaped from the zoo as I had never seen a pelican anywhere but at the zoo 🙂
