Since it was so freaking hot over the weekend, I decided to take my camera for a walk under the large trees in a nearby neighborhood. Oh yeah, and take photos too.
BTW: Photo tip that I like passing along to people who try to shoot photos on a bright and sunny day – a day where it is too bright and sunny – shoot in the shade of a tree. Colors are right – lighting is good but not too bright. Good trick. One that I was skeptical about but ended up adopting as my own.
I like the pattern on the center of the flowers.
Loved the effect – the sharpness of the flower in the background. Good light too.
