Courage doesn’t have to be obvious or loud.  Most of the time it is quiet.  Don’t disregard that courage.  It is sometimes the most courageous.

We can all bitch about something. Or we can focus on the good.  And spend less time feeding the bad.

Don’t underestimate the power of kindness.  Kindness is a gift we can always give – and a little kindness may be all is needed to life someone from a low point.  Risk it – and give people more than they expect.  Kindness.

Don’t do this.  Just like bitching about your life, if you don’t nourish what you have – you will lose it. You aren’t enjoying it.  You are missing something good.  Don’t forget it.
