Freezing rain on top of a little snow.  If I were in Iowa, my home state, then I would think nothing of it.  A flop of a snow event.  But we are in the land of people who shouldn’t be allowed to drive or even consider driving if there is ice or snow or a threat of ice or snow.  Sadly, I think everyone was hoping for a snow day tomorrow.  But, alas, it will not be had.
