I love it when you can still see the signs of yesterday on the old brick buildings.  They recently took down the advertising banners on this one – and behind it was the old sign of what the building was in the past.  The weathered paint – the glimpse into what once was…..there is something nice seeing that in a city where new buildings are always under construction – that the old buildings still remain – still have a place.  And no one is eager to erase the past – at least today.
