This is so very very true. I see it every day. It’s funny how people who live outside this list, do not see that is what is happening.
You can kick and scream and try to get across your point. But you never will. Why? The other side must be willing to hear and see another point. So be silent. Make them think. Loud does not do it. Loud annoys and most people ignore. Get your point across by being thoughtful and intentional in your message. And never push.
