Easier Said Than Done….

Old habits die hard. Reactions were trained, so to reprogram to believe instead of worrying and waiting for the other shoe to drop is VERY hard.  I know seeing things go differently starts to help the reprogramming, but it is not easy. I feel I’m spending more energy standing in front of my learned reactions to keep them from coming out before I think about this situation.  Change is hard.  Just waiting for it to get easier.
