Brain Dump

I like this idea.  Would definitely give you perspective on how well things have gone versus how shitty it may have felt at times.

A new guy.  Correction, a guy who I’ve sat next to many times over the past year at a weekly social event – who I realized about six weeks ago was someone who sparked my interest.  His energy is amazing.  He is smart.  He is a geek.  And playing – wowza.  There are things he does that makes me just turn into a puddle of goo.

He commented that he was in trouble with me.  Fuck, I’m in trouble.  Big BIG trouble.  Every time I think he can’t surprise me – he does.

I’m trying not to be all gushy and gooey about it.  But, damn. Let me pre-apologize.

G went to visit his grandmother the last couple days.  She turned 99 year old.  99!! She is amazing.

The old cat went to the vet for the first time in like 5 years or longer.  Why? He’s peeing everywhere.  After blood tests, they wanted him for a day of observation.  Conclusion – new food and antibiotics for a UTI.   Oh, and he’s quite healthy for a 17 year old cat.  G’s believe he will live until 25 is, uhm, yeah – I’m not going to think about it.

I want to see The Hobbit. Don’t know when I will be able to do it, but I know I will.

I am in the city where the shooting occurred in the mall. While I am sad for the two people who died, I am quite amazed more were not injured.  I can only hope they have answers people who were there need.  Random sucks.

    The empty jar thing? We are doing that. The jar and paper is all ready to go. I might have to start on Christmas day.

    Happy birthday, Grandma! Mine turned 99 this year, too. She’ll be 100 next month. So amazing.
