This exemplifies where my head is right now. I sit down to write or read and a single things goes to a tangled mess. Right now, I’m having a hard time untangling it. Between the crap going on with my mom – the political shit storm going on at work – and just the other crap in my head – I’m not articulate yet.
But one thing I do know I need to do is say “Thank you”. The kind words the other day in comments, on twitter, in email and on chat where truly touching.
There is a quotation that I love that came to mind as I read them all, and it is:
“A friend is someone who knows the song in your heart and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words.”
Thank you for singing it back to me.

I know the feeling. Give yourself a few days to process everything and hang in there, you’ll get through this!
