After dealing with a migraine all day, G took me out for dinner – just him and I. We sat on the Columbia River with the nice breeze blowing through. We ate, had a beer, and watched the sailboats glide by us. It was so quiet that whenever the boats tacked, you could hear the lines pull taut as the winds filled the sails as they changed course. It was what I needed. I had felt foggy all day, and sitting there in the sun with that cool breeze was what helped clear the last of the fog out of my head.

That looks lovely. Your pictures always make me want to hop a flight to Portland.
That’s beautiful. I’m glad you got the fog cleared away. 🙂
Beautiful shots, Emmy. And what a lovely way to end a day. Kudos to you and G. 🙂
Very serene.. I can see why it helped!! :):)
Fabulous shots. I’m glad you had a nice night out with G.
