These marks on my back were an unintended consequence of my run Sunday. I have never had this problem before, but it became further evidence of how off my run was on Sunday. These marks were caused by my sport’s bra rubbing my skin…off. I have NEVER had this problem before. I guess next time, I’ll get some body glide to keep my skin from rubbing off on future runs. Oh, and I didn’t realize this happened until I stepped into the shower. It was not a pleasant surprise.

Ouch! I hate surprises like that in the shower. Hope you’re healing though. Love the after/medal shot too, but there’s something about a woman’s back and the curves that just make me go ‘ahhhhh….’

It’s been hot and humid here and as soon as I get home from work, the first thing I do is take off my bra. With the heat and humidity, it just glues to my skin and it hurts… I imagine if I exercised with it, it might just have the same result as you.
