This became the joke of Star Wars day after George Lucas on a German television show was asked his favorite line from the movies to which he replied “May the force be with you.” The translator said it in German “We are with you on May 4th”. Given enough Star War geeks in the world, it was only a matter of time before May 4th of dubbed Start Wars Day.
