Day 359 – Christmas!

This was the “Coal” I got in my stocking for being naughty this year. Guess I did something right!

The girls both got a set of Captain Rex Helmets from Clone Wars & Nerf guns. Not very politically correct, but fun.  They have been running around all day in these things.

Lego lined up and ready for assembly.  We discovered that Indigo has a tad bit obsessive compulsive disorder when it comes to sorting Legos.

Garbanzo trying on his wet suit for when he competes in the Triathlons this summer.  Thanks to a friend, I found them incredibly cheap, so he got it for Christmas.  He was quick to point out that it is compressing him – everywhere.

This is my gift from Garbanzo and the girls.  They have spent the last few weeks converting a mini-fridge to accommodate a quarter barrel keg.  He bartered help along the way.  Inside the fridge is a quarter barrel of Cuddly Panda Porter from my favorite micro-micro brewery.  And when I said that the girls helped – they did.  Indigo got to use the drill press.  DJ cut some of the piping and such.  If asked what they were doing, they would tell me they were in the laboratory “planning to take over the world” – then they would end it with an evil laugh.

All in all – it was a good Christmas.
Hope everyone had as good of a day as we did!

Great gifts from your family! You must be really proud of your girls. And Lego are the best, for any age. Have you noticed than when adults help children open Lego boxes, the children scamper away somewhere and the adults will spend hours on the Lego?

Like I said, it is compression, not shrinkage!

    Merry Christmas

The way that you’re usually naughty, I think he would cover you with diamonds, you sexy thing!

Have a great New Years eve!
