Day 335 – Too Obscure

So question last night, in retrospect, was like one of those crazy Will Shortz puzzle challenges.  Too broad to even know where to begin to solve it.  But, giving more of a hint would have meant pretty much giving away the answer.  So the guesses were crazy and somewhat frustrating to some.

Last night, it hit me like of ton of bricks that my day numbers in my titles for the picture of the day posts were wrong.  Knowing that there were only 31 days left of the year, and seeing that I was only on “Day 321” made me wonder:
a) how did I get this far into this project and not realize how far off I am?
b) where did the 14 days go?

What is interesting is going back and realizing that this problem started in March where I double numbered two days.  Then I did it again in April.  After that, I stopped looking to see where the other 10 days went.  And made a decision that I would not bother even trying to re-number anything despite the pleas from the more anal retentive part of me to take the time to renumber them.

So, I will start with the right number today. The lesson in this is that I cannot count and should have someone double check my guess.

And I don’t think I ever looked at the numbers at the top of your photo posts. A testament to your great photography skills.. Yeah, that’s it.. :):):)~
