My youngest is 6 today. It’s hard to believe how much she has grown up. As a baby, she was my calm one. She liked to sleep. She liked to eat. She was fussy, but not nearly as bad as the oldest was.
She is also the nudist in our house. She will still, to this day, come home from someplace strip off all of her clothes. If you ask her why, she will say she’s hot or that her pants are making her itchy. The reality – she just loves being naked.
She is also our little tough kid. She has more injuries than our oldest ever did because she is the most daring and driven to do something. This summer, the running joke was that she would learn how to ride her bike before the oldest would. In the end, there was about a two week gap between when the oldest learned and when she learned, but the fact it only took her too weeks longer than her sister who is 2 years older than she is, is pretty impressive.
aww so so so cute. i love your monkey!!!
Happy birthday little girl!
And is that a peak of the blog author hiding behind her in the second photo?
Nope. That’s the “slip of a girl” my hubby refers to on his blog entry about how he ended on a gay rugby team. 🙂
