Not much to report this week. Despite the craziness and fast food twice this week (and pizza too), I managed to lose a pound. I’ll take it. Each time I find myself getting off track, I try to balance it off. I should also point out that even when I ate fast food this week, I really couldn’t eat it all. It tasted good (especially the french fries), but the rest was just too much. Guess it kept me on an even keel this week.
So, that’s my quick report. Not much else to say about it really. 🙂
