I knew I was having a good week earlier in the week when I stepped on the bathroom scale. I just hoped I would be able to continue it through the rest of the week. I guess I did. Overall, I feel great (except for the cold I have that won’t leave). I have started noticing the belly is going away, and the Hubby has commented a couple of times that shirts I am wearing are almost too big now. Good stuff!
Food-wise, I still feel like I’m finding a balance. This week was riddled with possible ways I could have self-sabotaged. But, I was able to avoid them without sacrificing anything. Moderation has been the key – and reminding myself that if I eat a piece of Halloween candy, it means I have to trade it for a better food choice later.
